Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Our professional quality management and technical team oversees the whole process from sampling and production to delivery. The technical team optimizes patterns, craftsmanship and materials to improve product accuracy and durability. The QC team conducts strict incoming, in-process and final inspections to eliminate defects. With standardized technical and quality control systems, we efficiently meet customized requirements and guarantee stable order quality.
Quality Control Procedures
We implement a strict 4-step quality control process: incoming inspection, in-process inspection, finished product inspection and pre-shipment recheck. We verify all fabrics, hardware and accessories before production. During manufacturing, key procedures such as stitching, fitting and assembly are continuously monitored. Finished products are fully inspected on appearance, size, load capacity and details. Final quality and packaging checks ensure zero-defect delivery for all orders.

We do not utilize child labor in the production of any product. We do not employ any person under the age of 15 (or 14 where local law allows) or the age at which compulsory schooling has ended, whichever is greater.

We maintain reasonable employee work hours based on the limits on regular and overtime hours allowed by local law or where local law does not limit the hours of work, the regular work week. Overtime, when necessary, is fully compensated according to local law, or at a rate at least equal to the regular hourly compensation rate if there is no legally prescribed premium rate. Employees are permitted reasonable days off (at least one day off in every seven-day period) and leave privileges.
